If you and anyone would like to join, please see the information below.

The Neuadd's Book Club
The book club meets on the last Friday of the month (except December) between 1.30 and 3.00pm.
We have been meeting since March 2024 and we have 16 members aged between 20 and 80. Usually 10-12 people attend the meetings.
Last year we read books from all over the world. The book from Wales was Nebo's Blue Book by Manon Steffan Ross. This year we are looking at different 'genres' and we have already read Remarkable Creatures by Tracey Chevalier and the Welsh classic Cysgod y Cyman by Islwyn Ffowc Elis. Some members read in Welsh or listen to 'audiobooks'. The discussions are held in English.
The meetings cost £2 and include refreshments with delicious homemade cakes.
Places are limited but if you are interested please

Bore Caffi
Every Thursday morning at 10:30, the Hall hosts a Cafe Morning, when anyone is welcome to pop in for a drink and a chat. There are full tables every week but a big welcome and plenty of
room for more! This is not a formal event, just friends and acquaintances from near and far turning up in the community cafe which is open between 10:30 and 12:30.
Sometimes local organizations join in, and Ysgol Henblas children have come along
us on several occasions. But the aim is to chat and socialize, and we'd like to welcome more people to come for a cup (of tea, coffee or hot chocolate) and a cake - all for £2!

Anglesey Textiles
We meet every 4th Saturday afternoon of the month 1.30pm to 5pm.

We are an informal friendly group so you can drop in and out within those times to suit. As we are currently a small group, we are looking to grow so we can offer more workshops.

Sessions are charged at £5 to cover hall hire and refreshments.

Bring along what ever you are working on as long as it is textile based : spinning, weaving, sewing, cross stitch, embroidery, knitting, crocheting, the list is endless.

During these sessions we 'show and tell' and offer support and advice.

This year (2025) we have demonstrated at the Anglesey Vintage Rally and held a Wet Felting workshop in January.

For those that spin we are having a 'Spin Along' on Saturday 19th of July as part of the Tour de Fleece.
